Non-public domain content

I have taken the original description of scribbly gum down because as far as I could tell it was a straight copy/paste from another site. Although that site was linked to, it is not legal to copy content like that. In it's place I have put a wholly inferior description of why a scribbly gum is a scribby gum. I hope someone can improve it without just copying another site. - Dr. ZAx
